Reheating instructions

Preheat Oven or Roaster to 250 degrees.

Cryovac bags are heat resistant up to 250 degrees, Do not exceed this temperature or bag may melt.

Wrap Cryovac bag full of meat in foil so it is completely covered.

Bulk Meats

Place in 250° oven or Roaster for the below times:

1lb package………….. 1hr

2lb package………….. 2hr

3lb package………….. 2.5 hr

4lb package………….. 3 hrs

5lb package………….. 3.5 hrs
